"The world has gone against the British Empire, and Her Majesty, Queen Victoria II. The French, the Prussians, the Russians, the Turks and the Spanish are all against us. The United Imperial States of America and the Roman Republic are our only allies in this world. But, Empress Alexandria II's vast empire in America has enough industry to rival that of the Combined Entente, and so does America's population.
"But, that is not enough. The Entente has shown that they are ready to go to war against us at any time. The America's massive industry and population has not been the deterrent we have been looking for.
"So, we must use the colonies! I propose that we raise a massive reserve army in America, and start building massive quantities of war material and ships. Thank-you."
And so, the first in several Expansion Laws was passed that one average day in June. That is what caused the greatest war that Man has ever seen.British Parliament, London, England
